Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Wallet Tracker governing your use of the Wallet Tracker application ("the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

• Title: Wallet Tracker Pro.
• Length: 1 month (monthly), auto-renewable.
• Price: US $4.99 per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as shown in the app before purchase).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to access other users' data, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with the service's operation.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data, messages, and files you store and share within your family/group.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wallet Tracker is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Wallet Tracker is a record-keeping tool and does not provide financial advice.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
